the location was acceptable close to major attractions
the room was not ready when i arrived even though i prepaid for the night before i was placed in a subpar building down the street it lacked a reception no one was there i found this unacceptable

the location was superb, near many famous sites. i found that many eateries surround the hotel. the staff was helpful even before arrival and .
the shower had a clogged drain, so the bathroom flooded each day.

prompi tiramisu is just across the street. this place is a must try for those with a sweet tooth. several restaurants are also situated close, giving many choices.

the facility was clean and presented as described. it was central to restaurants and sightseeing. the staff were excellent and very helpful. the location was close to sights, great shopping, and wonderful cafes.

The hotel has a rooftop bar with some seating and lounge music. The lift to the top is small. it felt really safe and secure with easy access to the main building.

The staff answered requests on whatsapp quickly. They were helpful. the hotel organized transport to and from the airport and took care of baggage. the front desk staff were very professional and attentive.

really good LOCATION

quiet location food availability airport shuttle
the hotel is quiet inside despite its shopping area location. A lot of food is available nearby. the train station to Vatican city and st peter square is walking distance. an airport shuttle can be arranged.
i experienced some issues with the family room. The blankets provided were thin making the night uncomfortable. the bathroom water temperature was unstable.

central location comfy beds many shops nearby restaurants
The location was central, very close to Spanish steps. My superior double room via delle carrozze 42 had ac. The beds were comfy, i slept very well. I appreciated the proximity to many shops and restaurants.
I think the lift was the smallest I have ever seen.

I observed a great lobby bar that provided a variety of drinks. I also saw staff preparing food at the lobby bar. It looked delicious. Next time, i will certainly eat at the hotel.

The concierge was excellent, always ready to assist with directions. The staff helped with luggage, transporting it to my location near the main hotel. They were friendly was great.

separate building misleading photos
The location was quite central.
The room I got was NOT in the main building. It was actually in a separate building down the street and was pretty OLD. The photos online only show the main building, MISLEADING.
